FAQs

What's the process for buying a pup?
Once you find a puppy that you are interested in, we will send a contract to you.   You will be required to read, sign, and email the signed contract back to us within 24 hours. Your deposit will then be due (deposits are $500).   Our puppies are on a first come basis, the first person to sign contracts and place a deposit will be the one puppy is reserved for.

How do I pay?
We accept deposits via Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal or Cash.  You must pay the final balance upon delivery in cash unless otherwise agreed upon.

When do the puppies go in for their first health checks?

All of our Mommas have scheduled C-sections for the health and safety of Mom and the litter.  The puppies are checked at birth for any abnormalities.  We then take the litter again around 5-6 weeks for full health exams.  When needed or time allows, puppies are again checked by the vet prior to going home and will get a health certification.

At what age do you allow puppies to go home?

Puppies can go home with they are 8 weeks old!

Do you ship puppies?

We make every effort to deliver our puppies whether by car or by air.  If we are not able to complete this ourselves, we do have reputable ground transporters that we trust will transport our puppies safely. It will be an added cost to the buyer.

Will my puppy come with a health guarantee?
